Adult students are an important part of the Third Street community. The School welcomes adult students of all ages, levels and abilities for individual, partner and group music instruction on most instruments and voice, including music theory and composition, as well as selected dance classes. Chamber music and ensemble activities provide great opportunities for improving musicianship skills and for socializing.
Adults may enroll at any time throughout the year and may purchase a “Flex Pass” (see description below), which allows flexibility in the number of individual lessons taken and when they are scheduled.
Music Instruction: Individual & Partner Lessons
Lessons are available for all proficiency levels in instrumental and vocal instruction for adult students in classical, jazz, rock or popular styles. Whether you are a beginner, picking up your instrument after 20 years, or an active amateur, there is a place for you at Third Street.

Adults may enroll anytime and the Season Pass is valid throughout the school year in which the student is registered.
Flex Pass holders receive:
- Four or eight hours of individual lessons with flexibility to schedule directly with their teacher
- Access to a practice studio during weekday mornings or late evenings (subject to availability)
